This project reimagines the existing home through a thoughtful kitchen remodel and a broader spatial refresh. The new dining room and kitchen are connected and open to the rear garden, an indoor-outdoor connection, bringing in light and views and additional storage.
The laundry remains in place with a concealed stacked washer and dryer, along with integrated storage for household items such as a vacuum. Living and dining areas are updated to align with the kitchen, creating a cohesive, warm, and open atmosphere.

The owner, a watercolor hobbyist, enjoys using the lower section of the island and nearby sinks for her daily work.
